Payment Issues

It is most likely a browser related issue with some customers when they are unable to process a payment online.

Clear your cache, allow pop ups and make sure your browser is updated. Also, if you are on mobile device, try making the payment on your pc/laptop instead. Below are some instructions for any future issues regarding making a payment.

  • Select the menu icon (three vertical dots) to the right of the address bar.
  • Select Settings.
  • In the navigation section, select Privacy and Security.
  • Select Site settings.
  • Select Pop-ups and redirects.
  • To allow all pop-ups, toggle the Blocked option.
