Automatic Bill Pay

Setting up your Automatic Bill-Pay is easy. Simply print the Auto Bill-Pay Form (PDF). Fill out your customer information. Read and sign the authorization agreement. Then return the form to our office, along with a preprinted voided bank check that includes your bank account number, your financial institution's identification number, your name and your address.
